Right to Refuse Service & Fraud Prevention

 Nina JC & Co. (“The Company”) reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit purchases at our sole discretion for any reason permitted by applicable law.

This may include, but is not limited to: Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions; Abuse of return, refund, or store policies; Excessive chargebacks or dispute activity; Orders that appear to be placed using stolen or unauthorized payment methods; Orders flagged by our fraud detection or payment security systems; Reseller or bulk purchase activity not authorized by the Company; Incorrect pricing or product listing errors; Harassment, abusive behavior, or inappropriate communication directed toward our staff.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, the customer will be notified and refunded to the original payment method when applicable.

Nina JC & Co. (“The Company”) also reserves the right to limit, block, or prohibit orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, billing address, IP address, or shipping address if we believe such orders pose a risk to the business.

Unauthorized Payment & Fraud Claims

If you believe that an order was placed using your payment information without your authorization, please contact your bank or credit card provider immediately to report the unauthorized transaction. Financial institutions are best equipped to investigate potential card fraud and issue appropriate protections or chargeback procedures.

Customers may also notify Nina JC & Co. (“The Company”) of the situation so that we can review the order and cancel it if it has not yet been processed or shipped. However, once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel the transaction.

Fraud Investigation & Order Cancellation

Nina JC & Co. (“The Company”) reserves the right to hold, review, or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment activity. To protect our customers and our business, we may request additional verification information, including but not limited to: Billing address verification; Payment verification; Identity confirmation. Orders that cannot be verified may be canceled at our discretion.

Repeated Fraud Attempts

If multiple fraudulent or unauthorized transactions are suspected from the same account, payment method, IP address, billing address, or shipping address, Nina JC & Co. (“The Company”) reserves the right to: Cancel pending orders; Block future purchases; Report suspicious activity to the appropriate payment processor or fraud prevention systems

Important Notice

Nina JC & Co. (“The Company”) does not store or have access to full credit card information, as all payments are securely processed through secure third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of payment information that occurs outside of our website or payment system.

High-Risk Order Review

To protect our customers and our business from fraudulent activity, Nina JC & Co. (“The Company”) reserves the right to review and temporarily hold any order that is flagged as high risk by our payment processor or fraud detection systems. Orders may be flagged for review for several reasons, including but not limited to: Mismatched billing and shipping addresses; Orders placed using multiple payment attempts; Orders placed from high-risk IP addresses or locations; Unusually large purchases or bulk quantities; Orders flagged by our payment processor’s fraud detection tools.

If an order is flagged as high risk, Nina JC & Co. (“The Company”)may: Temporarily hold the order for manual review; Request additional verification information from the customer; Cancel the order if the transaction cannot be verified.

Additional verification may include confirmation of: Billing address; Identity verification; Payment authorization from the cardholder.

If verification cannot be completed within a 72 hours, the order may be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.

Fraud Prevention & Security Notice

Nina JC & Co. (“The Company”) actively monitors transactions to help prevent fraudulent purchases and unauthorized use of payment methods. Orders that appear suspicious may be delayed, canceled, or blocked in order to protect both the cardholder and the Company.

Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

Nina JC & Co. (“The Company”) takes fraudulent chargebacks and payment disputes seriously. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to contact our Customer Support team first to attempt to resolve any issues before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with Nina JC & Co. (“The Company”), we reserve the right to provide all relevant transaction records to the payment processor and financial institution, including but not limited to: Order confirmation records; Billing and shipping information; IP address and device information; Tracking and delivery confirmation; Communication records between the customer and the Company.

These records may be used to contest fraudulent or unjustified disputes.

Fraudulent Chargebacks

Customers who file false or fraudulent chargebacks may be subject to: Permanent account restrictions; Refusal of future service or purchases; Reporting of fraudulent activity to payment processors and fraud prevention systems.

Nina JC & Co. (“The Company”) reserves the right to pursue recovery of any fees, losses, or damages incurred due to fraudulent disputes or chargebacks to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment information is secure and for monitoring their financial accounts for unauthorized transactions. If you believe your payment method has been used without authorization, please contact your financial institution immediately to report the issue and protect your account.
