Refund policy

We hope you love everything you ordered from Nina JC & Co.. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make the return process as simple as possible.

Return Window

We offer a 14-calendar day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To begin a return, you must first submit a return request through our return portal (Click Here). Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that items requested for return after the 14-day window will not be approved.

Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping on your first return package as a Nina JC & Co. customer (one return per customer).

For any additional returns, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

After submitting your return request through the portal, you will receive an email with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

When submitting your request, please include:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Mailing address

This information must match the original order details to avoid delays in processing.

If items from an order have already been returned, additional prepaid returns from the same order will not be issued.

Returns that are opened, used, damaged, incomplete, or missing original packaging will not be approved. If rejected items need to be returned to the customer, we are not responsible for covering return shipping costs back to the customer.

Return Eligibility

  • To qualify for a return, items must be:
  • Unused and unworn
  • Unwashed and undamaged
  • In original packaging
  • With all original tags attached
  • With hygiene seal or sticker intact (if applicable)

Starting a Return

To start a return, please submit a request through our Return Portal.

Once your return is approved, we will provide:

  • The return shipping label (if applicable)
  • Instructions on where and how to send your package
  • An 'RA Number' to include on the return

Returns must be sent only to the address provided in the return approval email.

Items sent back without approval will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Personalized or custom products
  • Digital products or subscription services
  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bodysuits
  • Lingerie
  • Underwear
  • Jewelry
  • Accessories
  • Cosmetics
  • Pet products

Items marked “Final Sale” are also non-returnable.

Additionally, sale items, gift cards, and free promotional gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

Skincare & Beauty Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare, beauty, and personal care products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

We are unable to accept returns on products that have been:

  • Opened
  • Used or tested
  • Removed from their original sealed packaging

This policy helps ensure the safety, quality, and integrity of our products for all customers.

If your skincare product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item, and our team will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 14 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at: Jadesupplycollc@gmail.com

Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Important Return Instructions

Please do not send your return to the sender’s address on your package, as this is not our return processing location.

Returns must be sent only to the address listed on the prepaid return label or provided in the return instructions email. Returns sent to any other address will not be processed.

We are also not responsible for items mistakenly included in your return package that do not belong to Nina JC & Co.

If you experience any issues with your return, please contact Customer Support within 14 calendar days of the return label being issued.
