Shipping Restrictions
At this time, shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Order Processing
After your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, our production team requires 1–3 business days to process your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and text message with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Estimated Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window provided at checkout. However, actual delivery dates may vary due to factors outside of our control, including: Carrier delays; Weather conditions; Flight or transportation schedules; Product availability; High shipping volumes

Carrier Delays Disclaimer
Nina JC & Co. (“The Company”) is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, natural events, or other circumstances outside of our control. While we do our best to ensure orders are processed and shipped promptly, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier to complete delivery.
By placing an order with Nina JC & Co. (“The Company”)., you acknowledge that unexpected shipping delays may occur and do not qualify for order cancellation or refunds for unexpected shipping delays.
Delivered but Not Received Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service within 24 hours of the delivery date so we can assist with verifying and investigating the tracking information. We recommend also checking with: Household members; Neighbors; Your local carrier or delivery office.
Delivered Package Responsibility
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Nina JC & Co. (“The Company”) is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend: Checking with household members or neighbors; Checking around your delivery location; Contacting the shipping carrier directly. If needed, our team can assist you with instructions on how to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Nina JC & Co. (“The Company”) is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact Customer Support immediately. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.
High Order Volume & Holiday Shipping
During periods of high order volume, sales events, product launches, or holidays, order processing and shipping times may be slightly longer than usual.
While Nina JC & Co. (“The Company”) works diligently to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, temporary delays may occur due to increased demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy periods. Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are approximations and not guaranteed delivery dates. Shipping delays caused by high order volumes, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control do not qualify for order cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped, which can be used to monitor delivery updates.
Right to Refuse Service
Nina JC & Co. (“The Company”) reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit purchases at our sole discretion for any reason permitted by applicable law. This may include, but is not limited to: Suspected fraudulent transactions; Abuse of return, refund, or store policies; Excessive chargebacks or dispute activity; Orders that appear to be resellers or bulk purchases not authorized by the Company; Incorrect pricing or product listing errors; Harassment, abusive behavior, or inappropriate communication directed toward our staff. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, the customer will be notified and refunded to the original payment method.
Nina JC & Co. (“The Company”) also reserves the right to limit or prohibit orders placed under the same customer account, credit card, billing address, or shipping address if we believe such orders violate our policies or pose a risk to the business.
